The situation limits the out of town physicians ability to know who to consult and what local pharmacies and services are best suited to meet the patients needs. Furthermore, if a physical is in order, it is impossible for them to accommodate.
Based on our ethical philosophy, Galaxy Health limits our telemedicine visits to patients within the surrounding area so that we can truly provide parity of service and the same level of service via telemedicine, as required by the Texas Medical Board.
